Tickets are subject to the following terms and conditions, together with all other statements or directives shown on the ticket.

Cancellation

In the event of The Tower cancelling or postponing a performance, any refunds will be made to the original purchaser via the same method that was used for payment. Cash payments will be refunded by bacs transfer. 

We will contact you in the event of any changes to your booking. Please ensure that we have your current contact details.

Terms of sale

Tickets are sold as non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Admission restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject customers in reasonable circumstances and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of customers.

No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or rejected in such circumstances.

Latecomers will only be admitted into the autitorium at a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of the duty manager. 

Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed. 

No cameras or video or audio recording equipment are permitted on the premises without the express permission of the Event Promoter and The Tower.

By buying a ticket, you are consenting to photography or video recording of your image for promotional purposes.

Vouchers

• Vouchers can be redeemed online, by phone or in person
• Can be redeemed in full or in stages
• To redeem, you will need both the voucher number and redemption codes
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative
• Vouchers cannot be used in the restaurant or café
